A good friend of mine served two tours in Afghanistan, another served in Iraq and is currently deployed in Afghanistan. Both thankfully, were not injured but they made me want to do something to give back, so I started Survival Bands. A Survival Band is a bracelet made of parachute cord or paracord. The cord itself supports up to 550lbs of weight and has internal string that can be separated from the sheath when the cord is disassembled. The use of paracord goes back to World War II when the cord itself was pulled from the parachutes and used as a survival tool. Some of these uses ranged from replacement shoelaces, belts, and shelter support, to fishing line and floss (internal cord). All supplies are purchased from a U.S. based source and everything is hand made by me. 50% of Survival Bands goes towards the Wounded Warrior Project. Different styles and colors are available upon request. Sizes are 1/2" larger than what you measure for comfort.
*Please be patient, all bands are made by hand as the orders come in.
